By accessing or using any services, tools, or platforms provided by Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or tools.
Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. is a Florida-licensed roofing contractor (License CCC1330718) providing roofing installation, repair, inspection, waterproofing, and consulting services for residential and commercial properties in Florida and the Caribbean. We also operate internal business management tools that integrate with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online for accounting and financial management.
Our internal business management application ("Command Center") is intended exclusively for authorized personnel of Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. Unauthorized access or use of these tools is strictly prohibited. Users of these tools agree to: • Use the tools only for legitimate business purposes • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials • Not share access with unauthorized individuals • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Our tools integrate with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized API. By authorizing this integration, you consent to our application accessing your QuickBooks Online data as necessary to operate our business functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting. This integration is governed by Intuit's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
All roofing and waterproofing services are subject to a separate written contract executed between Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. and the property owner or authorized representative. Key terms include: • All work is performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and applicable local codes • A deposit is required upon contract execution prior to permit application • Payment milestones are due as specified in the executed contract • All materials and workmanship are warranted per the terms stated in the executed contract • Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing structural deficiencies
All content, branding, tools, and systems created by or for Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Roofing and Waterproofing Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or tools, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collier County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services or tools following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
